• Buyer shall see the stock online without any registration. This is to provide facility to buyer so as to select and decide the vehicles to order us of specific requirements. Buyer shall not be able to purchase the vehicles online until he/she gets registered with us through our online member registration form.

• Buyer shall register through Fuji Member Registration Form online with a refundable deposit of USD 1,000 through T.T remittance (Wire Transfer) due to which buyer shall have login ID and Password so as to access our online stock, see the FOB prices and thus enjoy the purchasing from us according to the terms as mentioned under.
  
  
• In case, if Buyer is already registered for our Membership (Type B), then for Type A access, he/she shall not required to fill the member registration form again but only pay the refundable deposit in order to become our member of Type A.
  
  
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the applicant’s membership registration in case he/she falls into any of the following categories:
  
  
  1. The contents of application are fraudulent.
     
     
  2. The existence of the applicant cannot be confirmed.
     
     
  3. The applicant is considered ineligible to Fuji Corporation Services or has credibility problems.
     
     
  4. The applicant’s business activity is considered being in competition with Fuji Corporation or cannot be admitted into Fuji Corporation Services for other reasons.
     
     
  5. The applicant is considered as unqualified for participating in Fuji Services.

• Once the Buyer is registered as a member, Buyer shall have the opportunity to review our vehicles with prices (in preferred currency) online of all Fuji available stock with ordering and accordingly customized buyer account management facility.
  
  
• Buyer shall then have an options either, to come to Japan and purchase the required vehicles available on as-is seen condition, or order us online.
  
  
• At selection of vehicles, confirmed online order will generate to Buyer and us so as to expedite the procurement with all the services to make this purchase successful for the Buyer.
  
  
• Simultaneously, with online order, “Proforma Invoice” will also generate online with FOB or C&F or CIF prices (as required).
  
  
• After full payment before shipment, we will send the related documents which are; B/L (original or surrendered), Fuji Invoice, De-registration Certificate in Japanese and in its English translation.
  
  
• In case, if Buyer do not find the desired vehicle, then he/she could contact us on the email given above indicating maker, model, year, color, chassis and any other special requirements then we shall look for the required vehicle(s) and get back with quotation shortly.
  
  
• In special deals, we offer our Buyers to visit us; we shall arrange all the necessary documents for visa to invite in Japan (if required). We also offer to provide accommodation and friendly opportunity to work with us in our offices.
  
  
• Special deal means; deal with professional dealer assuring continuous long-term trustworthy purchase only from us.
  
  
• In case of special deals as mentioned above, Buyer must registered with us specially for our premium services like arranging of the visa (if required), accommodation, safety and opportunity to work in our offices, thus, Buyer should assure us to purchase only with us on continuous relational term basis.
  
  
• There is a flexible possibility of price discounts and negotiations for our members.
  
  
• We favor “first pay first served” policy for our members, which means member who made the very first order, shall have the entitlement of purchase. For members who may fail to “first pay first served” order entitlement due to the order time difference, we sincerely apologize them and wish them a very good luck in their next orders.
  
  
• In accordance of the “first pay first served” policy, the very first payment from Buyers shall be accepted and other following payment in pipeline (if occurred) shall be refunded to loosing Buyer or alternatively shall be offered to purchase any vehicle (in replacement) for the same payment.

For Non-Member

• Non-members shall only have an opportunity for online order inquiry as per shipping terms to see the relevant price quotation. In case of any missing data that we may have, like shipping or freight estimation with respect to the buyer’s import destination, buyer could contact us for the required vehicles estimation (through quoting the stock nos.) with name, address, business status, email and telephone number on info@fuji-e.jp or prices shall be told on site (if required) depending upon the shipping terms i.e. FOB, C&F or CIF of each Fuji Branch.
  
  
• After inquiry, email will be generated to the buyer confirming the details posted.
  
  
• Based on inquiry, buyer could order us through email or fax (only).
  
  
• Non-members shall have no facility to order us online through our website.
  
  
• After confirmation, Buyer shall pay according to the payment terms given in article 4.
  
  
• In case, if Buyer do not find the desired vehicle in our stock, then he/she could contact us on the email given above indicating maker, model, year, color, chassis and any other special requirements then we shall look for the required vehicle(s) and get back with quotation shortly.
  
  
• Only international prices as per quotations are applicable to non-members; no discounts and negotiations are applicable.
  
  
• We recommend non-members to register with us so as to become a member and enjoy the facility of flexible deals and price discounts.
  

• After full payment, we will send the related documents which are; B/L (original or surrendered), Fuji Invoice, De-registration Certificate in Japanese and in its English translation

• All vehicles available to direct purchase online or on-sites are on as-is seen basis, which means Buyer should purchase the vehicle on his/her full discretion, and Fuji Corporation does not guarantee whatsoever after purchase.

• Toyama, Maizuru, Yokohoma, Kobe, Osaka or Nagoya.
  
  
• Any available port through any available vessel of PCC Shipping Company or Container (if required).

• Below table 1 shows the additional transportation charges to the FOB/C&F/CIF value term relevant to each Fuji stock location or branch with respect to Japan port locations, for example, in Matsudo stock; value term shall be FOB Yokohama, if Buyer shall buy from Matsudo and request to ship from Toyama then he/she will bear additional charge of USD 200. Thus, likewise this example applies to all locations.

• All the above-mentioned relative conditions are subjects to the customer request and thus we will coordinate accordingly as per above table 1.
  
  
• In above conditions, all the shipments are subjects to the availability of Ro-RO (PCC) or Container.
  
  
• For shipment, in case of Container, the minimum number of cars must be three (3). Moreover, Buyer shall bear an additional container charge per car with respect to the shipping terms as stipulates in below table 2.

• No title to any vehicle is transferred to the customer until we “The Fuji Corporation” receives all the outstanding payments. If payments are not received in full or whatsoever, Fuji Corporation shall have full rights to sell the vehicles to any other Buyer.
