We highly recommend you to read carefully our trade terms, which is of premium importance.
 
 
  STEP 3: Member Registration
 
Go to Membership page.
 
Here you will see the form to be filled out by you sincerely and carefully.
 
 
 
Here your details are shown for confirmation. If you think that you have missed something then you can change or add your details by clicking “modify”. DON’T CLICK “Reset” as it will delete all your information. Reset button is only if you change your mind and might want to delete all your information and restart again freshly.
 
 
If you think that the information you have given is perfectly correct and you want to proceed then click the “check box” and click “submit”
 
 
The letter will be shown to your screen and simultaneously an email will be generated to your registered email address confirming your status with details and potential accessibility conditions.

Thereupon, you log in as pre-registered member with limited accessibility i.e. you will not be able to access our auction database but only our owned available stock with FOB prices, pictures and relevant specifications.
 
 
  STEP 4: Deposit Payment
 
      
 
As a membership security deposit, you will pay JPY 175,000 per bid every time of bidding each vehicle through T.T Remittance (Wire Transfer) to our bank account. NO ANY OTHER METHOD OF PAYMENT IS ACCEPTABLE.

The bank account where you will transfer deposit is as follows:

Once you paid, you will notify us through fax of confirmed bank transfer transcript.

Note that; without payment confirmation of each vehicle bid’s security deposit, your access to our auction database will be restricted.

  STEP 5: Auction Search, Bidding & Purchase
 
Once we receive your deposit, you will have full access of online bidding in our Japan auctions database and thus avail the elegant purchase opportunity with us having your online customized account management.

Now click on “Auction”, here you will see the auctions in two days advance. For best results, we recommend you to select the auction(s) relevant to your requirement for bidding before 12:00 AM prior to the start of first day.

At confirmed order, a “Purchase Order” will be generated to your registered email account as well as you could print it out from your account while online.
 
 
  STEP 6: Result
 
Accordingly, on the basis of Purchase Order, we will expedite the procurement, and right after purchase from auction (s) shall inform you with the successful/unsuccessful results (if any) of ordered vehicles for review.
 
 
  STEP 7: Proforma Invoice
 
After Purchase, we will issue “Proforma Invoice” of successful vehicles that shall contain inclusive value of FOB or C&F or CIF (as required) with Agent Fee. You shall also have a facility to view Proforma Invoice (s) online in member account section of our website.
 
 
  STEP 8: Payment
 
In accordance to the Proforma Invoice, you will transfer us the invoice amount within 5 working days of invoice date through T.T remittance (no any other method of payment is allowed) as you agreed with the terms and conditions provided.

YOU SHALL INFORM US WITHIN 48 HOURS FROM THE INVOICE RECEPTION AND FAX US CONFIRMED BANK TRANSFER TRANSCRIPT.

ONCE YOU PAID, YOU GET THE OWNERSHIP
 
 
  STEP 9: Member Account
 
 
While you logged in, you have online account management facility, where you could review and update your Profile, review your orders ever since made, review our invoices ever since issued, review your Certificates ever since issued, review your B/L(s) ever since issued, and review your relevant Reports or Statements.
 
 
  STEP 10: Shipment
 
 
Once we receive the payment from you, we will ship the successful ordered vehicles right away on first available vessel as agreed in trade terms to your preferred port of discharge.
 
 
  STEP 11: Documents
 
After the vessel departure from Japanese port we will post you all related shipping documents i.e. Deregistration Certificate (main car technical and ownership document) English Translation of De-registration Certificate, Bill of Lading (B/L) and Final Invoice through EMS or FedEx, the tracking number of which will be provided.

Please note that B/L will be sent as soon as we receive from the shipping company, normally it takes 3-5 days after departure.

As-is Policy

Fuji Corporation Japan sells vehicles on ‘AS-IS’ condition. Specifically vehicles are sold as how they appear and are described in our website. ‘AS-IS’ means that vehicles to be sold in the exact state which they are in.

Cost Structure

Fuji Corporation primarily conducts its export business through three types of Shipping Terms selection of which depends upon customer requirements. Fuji welcomes customer's inquiries & negotiations for other shipping terms.

For CIF and C&F quotations, freight is based to each customer's destination port.

CIF (Cost/Insurance/Freight)

This is a comprehensive shipping term, which includes the following:

1. Price of the good (car, motorbike, truck etc)
2. Japan-side procedure costs (in-land transportation, customs & shipping procedure, documentation etc.)
3. Marine insurance (cost depends on car value)
4. Ocean freight (this cost is the same cost shipping companies quote Fuji to ship the good)

C&F (Cost/Freight)

This is the same as above however excluding the marine insurance:

1. Price of the good (car, motorbike, truck etc)
2. Japan-side procedure costs (in-land transportation, customs & shipping procedure, documentation etc.)
3. Ocean freight (this cost is the same cost shipping companies quote Fuji to ship the good)

FOB (Free On Board)

In this shipping term, the customer pays the ocean freight to the destination port shipping agent. This largely depends on the shipping agent & destination ports and thus shipper is not responsible for any ocean freight. This shipping term only includes the following:

1. Price of the good (car, motorbike, truck etc.)
2. Japan-side procedure costs (in-land transportation, customs & shipping procedure, documentation etc.)
