• This facility is only for our Type B members who must complete the registration form given on our website.

• Buyer shall register through Fuji Member Registration Form online with a minimum security deposit of JPY 175,000 per bid, due to which buyer shall be given Auction login ID and Password so as to get log on to our Online Japan Auctions database with the access of viewing vehicle assessment sheets and photos and thus ordering or purchasing varieties of Japanese Used Vehicles through our professional services in all over Japan.
  
  
• Each time of purchase, Buyer shall pay the security deposit per vehicle bid through T.T remittance (Wire Transfer) in our account for customer which shall be called “Client Account” and inform us with bank slip through email or fax once paid.
  
  
• The amount we require is the estimated minimum deposit amount, which does not guarantee specifically purchase of one vehicle. The amount of security deposit depends on the bidding value of vehicle, more Buyer deposit the sum in client account, more he/she will be able to bid or buy as per mechanism mentioned in article 3 (please see the mechanism below).
  
  
• In case, if Buyer is already registered for our Membership (Type A), then for Type B, he/she shall not be required to fill the member registration form again but only required to pay the security deposit in order to become our member of Type B.
  
  
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the applicant’s membership registration in case he/she falls into any of the following categories:
  
  
  1. The contents of application are fraudulent.
     
     
  2. The existence of the applicant cannot be confirmed.
     
     
  3. The applicant is considered ineligible to Fuji Corporation Services or has credibility problems.
     
     
  4. The applicant’s business activity is considered being in competition with Fuji Corporation or cannot be admitted into Fuji Corporation Services for other reasons.
     
     
  5. The applicant is considered as unqualified for participating in Fuji Services.

• Once the Buyer is registered as a member, Buyer shall have the opportunity to view auction vehicles in Japan with ordering and accordingly customized buyer account management facility.
  
  
• After the security deposit payment, we shall inform the Buyer of client account status –the account from which the Buyer shall have the facility to bid each vehicle at the deduction rate of 50% of each bid amount i.e 50% of each bid amount will be deducted from client account (in other words, we shall debit the 50% of each bid amount from client account), the remaining 50% of bid amount shall be deemed as deferred payment along with our agent fee and any other cost that shall due as per terms of payment mentioned in article 8.
  
  
• At bidding, Buyer shall have a facility to review the updated status of client account balance and successful or unsuccessful bids in accordance of client account balance as per policy mentioned in above article. For better understanding, please see the example of working mechanism which buyer shall see while bidding through our auction database.
  
  
• Buyer shall have options either, to come to Japan and purchase the required vehicles on as-is seen basis accompanied with our staff, or order us online.
  
  
• At selection of vehicles after successful bidding, confirmed online order will generate to Buyer and us so as to expedite the procurement with all the services to make this purchase successful for the Buyer.
  
  
• Accordingly, on the basis of confirmed order, we will expedite the procurement, and right after purchase from auction (s) shall inform Buyer with the unsuccessful results (if any) of ordered vehicles for review.
  
  
• Buyer agree that we reserves the right to bid JPY20,000 beyond Buyer’s offer so as to secure Buyer’s win.
  
  
• After Purchase, we will issue “Proforma Invoice” of successful vehicles that shall contain inclusive value of FOB or C&F or CIF (as required) with agent fee. Buyer shall also have a facility to view Proforma Invoice (s) online in member account section of our website.
  
  
• After full payment before shipment, we will send the related documents which are; B/L (original or surrendered), Fuji Invoice, De-registration Certificate in Japanese and in its English translation.
  
  
• Buyer acknowledge and agree that once bid(s) has been placed, they cannot and will not be retracted and winning bidder(s) are legally bound to complete their purchases in accordance with our terms of trade.
  
  
• In special deals, we offer our Buyers to visit us; we shall arrange all the necessary documents for visa to invite in Japan (if required). We also offer to provide accommodation and friendly opportunity to work with us in our offices.
  
  
• Special deal means; deal with professional dealer assuring continuous long-term trustworthy purchase only from us.
  
  
• In case of special deals as mentioned above, Buyer must registered with us specially for our premium services like arranging of the visa (if required), accommodation, safety and opportunity to work in our offices, thus, Buyer should assure us to purchase only with us on continuous relational term basis.
  
  
• There is a possibility of trade term negotiations depending on the mutual terms with members having special deal (please read above three articles).

• Buyer will pay Agent Fee above FOB price for each vehicle. The agent fee with respect to the auction purchase value and type of vehicles is stipulated hereunder:

• In case of long or big vehicles like buses, coasters, trucks etc. additional cost will be charged to Buyer with agent fee as shown below:

• Based on the Buyer requirements of shipping; in addition to the purchase cost, agent fee, and any additional charges, shipping value shall be evaluated as below mentioned table:

• Buyer shall pay 100% of Proforma Invoice (less security deposit paid) and confirm through bank transcript within 5 days of Proforma Invoice through T.T Remittance (Wire Transfer only, Letter of Credit shall not be allowed), otherwise we will cancel the purchase.

• This article subjects to the provision of cancellation of ordered vehicle(s) either by Buyer after purchase, or by us after due payment term, the cancellation charge shall apply at 20% of ordered vehicle purchase value

• All vehicles available to direct purchase online or on-sites are on as-is seen basis, which means Buyer shall purchase the vehicle on his/her full discretion, and Fuji Corporation does not guarantee whatsoever after purchase.

• No title to any vehicle is transferred to the customer until we “The Fuji Corporation” receives all the outstanding payments. If payments are not received in full or whatsoever, Fuji Corporation shall have full rights to sell the vehicles to any other Buyer.
