What
is Fuji’s purchase policy?
Our purchase policy is “first pay first served”.
What
is “first pay first served” policy?
We favor “first pay first served”
policy for customers, which means customer who made the
very first payment, shall have the entitlement of purchase.
For customers who may fail to ‘first pay first
served’ purchase entitlement due to the order
or relatively global time difference, we sincerely apologize
them and wish them a very good luck in their next orders.
In accordance of the “first pay first served”
policy, the very first payment from Buyers shall be accepted
and other following payment in pipeline (if occurred) shall
be refunded to loosing Buyer or alternatively shall be offered
to purchase any vehicle (in replacement) for the same payment.
What
is as-is basis of purchase?
Fuji Corporation Japan sells vehicles on ‘AS-IS’
condition. Specifically vehicles are sold as how they appear
and are described in our website. ‘AS-IS’ means
that vehicles to be sold in the exact state, which they
are, appear in pictures or mentioned in assessment sheet.
I cannot submit order online
because of some network problems?
If you have problem in submitting order online, please let
us know through our feedback
form or email us at info@fuji-e.jp
with your member ID and quote the stock no. or lot number
of a vehicle(s) that you are aiming to buy so that we could
proceed your purchase immediately.
Can
I request for the vehicle that is not on the stock list?
If you do not find your desired vehicle(s) in our stock
then no worries, we flexibly offer to arrange all sorts
of pre-owned vehicles which we may or may not have available
in our stock, but always buyer can order by fax
anytime any vehicle beyond our available limit of stock
by using our order form which enables our
buyers to order us with their suggested bid prices (that
is, excluding our agent fee, freight and marine insurance).
We will then come to you with the prices so as to complete
order confirmation process through fax.
Note That… This Option
Is Only For Type-A Members To Order Vehicle (S) That We
May Not Have In Our Stock. For The Vehicles Available In
Our Stock; Members Are Requested To Order Online.
I
am not a member, can I order or purchase vehicles online
from Fuji Website?
Yes, but in exceptional case as mentioned under:
Non-members are not allowed to purchase without advance
payment. Should non-member wish to purchase a vehicle then
he/she is requested to transfer the 100% payment in advance.
Once we get the payment, buyer as a non-member could order
by fax or an email and accordingly purchase vehicle(s) subjects
to the international price worth of amount paid.
However, we always recommend our customers to get registered
with us as a member in order to avail flexible and favorable
opportunities with us.
I
am not a member, how would I know the prices?
International Prices can be estimated through order inquiry,
which is accessible for anyone in our stock page.
Can
I buy any vehicle (model & specification) from your
website?
Yes you can. Nevertheless, we do not guarantee if the vehicle
is allowed or forbidden to import in your country. You shall
order with your full discretion and knowledge. We recommend
you to investigate first of your country import regulations.
Can
I cancel the vehicle I bought?
Yes, you can cancel the vehicle you bought if shipping has
not been arranged. A cancellation fee will apply as per
our trade terms article no. 9 in accordance of which you
will be liable to pay 20% of invoice value.
Also, cancellation of a vehicle may affect further purchase
from us.
When
can I confirm my purchase?
We will reserve your order by receiving 100% payment of
invoice amount. When you place an order, Proforma Invoice
will be issued or generated automatically (in case of online
ordering), which will be the proof of your confirmed order.
We will send you payment confirmation by
email as soon as we received your payment.

When
and how do I receive an invoice?
For members ordering online, will receive an electronic
Proforma Invoice (online) right away after order. Then,
after full payment once we shipped your vehicle(s), one
hard copy of invoice will be sent to you with other shipping
documents through courier.
Can
I receive an invoice by fax?
Yes, you can if necessary. Please contact at info@fuji-e.jp
to inform us.

is Fuji payment policy?
Fuji payment policy is “pay as you
buy”.

is Fuji payment term?
For Members: Buyer shall pay
100% within 5 days of Proforma
Invoice through T.T Remittance (Wire Transfer only).
Buyer shall confirm through emailing or faxing bank transcript
within 48 hours to us, otherwise we will
cancel the purchase and Buyer will be charged a cancellation
fee, which is 20% of invoice amount.
For Non-Members: Buyer shall pay
100% within 2 days of

do I trust you to pay 100% in advance?
We are well-known company in this business since 1992. In
our company profile, you can see our registered address
and other necessary details about which you can confirm
through any resources. Moreover, we are also the registered
members of JUMVEA
(The Japan Used Motor Vehicle Export Association).
I
am not experienced, how can I transfer money to you?
We recommend you to contact your bank and let them know
what you want to do; they will surely guide and help you.
For your information, Forex Exchange Company also offers
favorable rates and services accordingly.
I
am not experienced, what if (after order) I need time more
than 48 hours to forward you bank confirmation as it may
take time to contact with bank?
We recommend you to prepare yourself and get know-how of
bank transfer prior to any order.
How
do you guarantee for the right vehicle will be shipped quickly
if we make a 100% money transfer?
We are global and well-known company. We do business on
integrity and customers relationship basis. There is no-doubt
once you select the vehicles from our auction database or
from our stock on as-is seen basis on internet, we assure
you that you will get the right vehicle and definitely once
you experience you will get satisfied. All we want is the
right payment on right time from you. If there we found
any discrepancy in the car we will let you know before shipment
very truly. Our terms and conditions could be very flexible
once we know our customers in long term basis.
Why
not LC payment?
We are afraid to mention that this is not our payment policy.

Your total price depends on the shipping term you wish to
choose for yourself. Your shipping term could be just FOB,

respect to the shipment type i.e. for RO-RO (PCC) shipments,
freight charges applies to each vehicle, whereas, in case
of container shipment, freight charges applies to the container
in which the minimum number of cars we accept is 3.
How
could I calculate my total price (including freight &
insurance)?
Based on the above total price structure, you can calculate
your total price by a calculator which is
given in our website. Just Select your country, make and
model and enter the FOB price in the calculator and press
submit bottom, then you will be able to see your required
price. For any vehicle, repeat the same procedure.
The calculator also enables you to know the ocean freight
to your country for each vehicle. Please note that the freight
is based upon current exchange rate, and we reserve the
right to change the rate according to the current relative
adjustment.
Please note that the calculator is in development stage
to cover the data of maximum countries, we may not have
data of your country or required vehicle and we sincerely
apologies for any inconvenience. We advise you to contact

are FOB, C&F and CIF Prices?
CIF (Cost/Insurance/Freight)
This is a comprehensive shipping term, which includes the
following:

Price of the good (car,
motorbike, truck etc)

Japan-side procedure
costs (in-land transportation, customs & shipping
procedure, administration, documentation etc.)

Marine insurance (cost
depends on car value)
-
Ocean freight (this
cost is the same cost that shipping companies quote Fuji
to ship the good)
C&F (Cost/Freight)
This is the same as above however excluding the marine insurance:

Price of the good (car,
motorbike, truck etc)

Japan-side procedure
costs (in-land transportation, customs & shipping
procedure, administration, documentation etc.)

Ocean freight (this
cost is the same cost that shipping companies quote Fuji
to ship the good)
FOB (Free On Board)
In this shipping term, the customer pays the ocean freight
to the destination port shipping agent. This largely depends
on the shipping agent & destination ports and thus shipper
is not responsible for any ocean freight and insurance.
This shipping term only includes the following:
1. Price of the good (car, motorbike, truck etc.)
2. Japan-side procedure costs (in-land transportation, customs
& shipping procedure, administration, documentation
etc.)
Does
the price of the vehicle include taxes?
All vehicles are tax-free exports. Tax is payable in whichever
country you wish to register the vehicle.
Do
you offer discount for cash?
No. Our prices are already very competitive.
Any
discounts you offer?
Yes, we do volume discounts, which means more you buy less

When
do I receive my vehicle?
We arrange shipment as soon as you payment is confirmed.
However, regardless of our best efforts, delivery term will
vary according to your country (or destination port), shipping
company, or other unpredictable conditions. Once we ship
your vehicle we will let you know or you can see the delivery
status in “my account” section of website while
your are logged in.
Which
port(s) can I ship to?
While registering with us, you have mentioned your port(s)
preference and thus accordingly when placing your order
online, the order form will contain the port preferred by
you. If you are ordering by fax or e-mail then please write
down the ports preferences you wish to ship to. If the port
is not available, we will prepare an invoice for the closest
port.
Can
I request arranging for container service?
Yes but only in 40’HC container, and bear in mind
that it will affect the freight charge, as freight charge
will be applied to the whole container, which must contain
at least 3 cars for the economical shipment. For your information,
container shipment is fairly expensive than PCC/RO-RO shipment.
Can
I arrange shipping myself?
Yes, you can arrange shipping by yourself. But, still FOB
charges will be applied.
What
are ETD and ETA?
ETD: Estimated time of departure, ETA: Estimated time of
arrival.
How
fast can you ship my vehicle?
Most of our vehicles in stock have already “deregistration
documents” so we can start arranging the shipment
next day we confirm your payment. However, if you buy through
auction then certainly one week will be added to arrange
all the documents ready. Moreover, ocean freight time depends
on the destination where you want to ship your vehicle and
shipping company.
What
shipping documents will I receive?
Do
you do any type of container shipment?
Yes, we only do 40’HC container shipment.
How
many cars you can load to 40’HC container?
We can ship 4 small vehicles (i.e. sedan, hatchback, sports
cars etc.) or 3 medium vehicles (one of them can be large).
For example, we can load 3 Mitsubishi Pajero to 40’HC.
How
much is the freight to my country?
A calculator is given in our website. The
calculator enables you to know the ocean freight to your
country for each vehicle. Please note that the freight is
based upon current exchange rate, and we reserve the right
to change the rate according to the current relative adjustment.
Please note that the calculator is in development stage
to cover the data of maximum countries, we may not have
data of your country or required vehicle and we sincerely
apologies for any inconvenience. We advise you to contact

What
documents I receive after ordering?
You will receive the following documents,
Proforma Invoice: Your proforma invoice will be generated
electronically on website when you submit an order, so you
can print it out and remit the amount mention in proforma
invoice. After order, you can also download proforma invoice
from ‘my account’ section while you logged in.
Payment Confirmation: We will email you a payment
confirmation after we received payment from you.
Shipping Documents: once we received the payment,
we will send all the required documents e.g. Bill of Lading,
Invoice, Japanese de-registration certificate (where applicable),
English translation of de-registration certificate by courier.
Can
I track my documents once they have been dispatched?
We use FedEx, EMS or DHL for overseas courier services.
Once we dispatch documents, we will give you the tracking
number so that you could trace your documents. You will
be able to see your tracking number in ‘my account’
section while you as a member logged in our website.
I
have not received the documents?
It may happen in following conditions,

You haven’t paid
in full.

The delivery address
you given us might have errors.

Your documents may be on its way, just
check through tracking number.
I
have lost my documents?
Please let us know. We will deliver you the documents again
as best as we could do. There will be an Admin fee of JPY20,
000 charged to produce the duplicate documents.
I
want to change consignee details and address in Bill of Lading
that is issued already?
It is possible, but you will be charged a fee of JPY15, 000.
Which
documents do I need for customs clearance?
Required documents for customs clearance are different in
some countries, but Bill of Lading, Export Certificate (or
de-registration certificate) and Shipping Invoice are usually
necessary in all customs. Please contact for details to your
local customs. |

Do
you inspect and renew vehicles?
Yes we do generally through our Car Q Service handy system.
But an additional fee will be charged for this service.
Please contact us for your requirements.
Our stock in location of Matsudo as shown in website has
been gone through Car Q Service auto services.
I
want to claim for the quality of a car?
We do not accept claim because all the vehicles are available
to order on as-is seen basis. Please read the clause ‘Quality
of the Vehicle’ in our trade terms. However, for special
orders separately requested by customer, where auto services
are prime importance, we will compensate the claim on mutual
relationship basis.
We focus our services very carefully and do not normally
get any claims from the buyers.
